Free Fire has a unique EP mechanic, which is another resource you'll have to manage alongside your HP. EP is how you can regenerate health in Free Fire. After exiting a fight, you don't need potions or the sort to refill your HP. Instead, you can utilize EP which can heal you before you use your healing items. You can regenerate EP by doing tasks such as staying at campfires, or you can pick a character with the ability to regenerate EP.
